Complaints & Compliments Procedure

Satisfied customers and excellent service with a personal touch, that is our aim. However, should you not be satified with the service we have provided, you can file a complaint. 

We ask you to submit your complaint in writing and within two months after the event occurred. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within 14 days, stating the deadline for replying to you. Normally this is six weeks, except cases where a lot of research has to be done.
